Sania Maskatiya strives to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely pleased, you may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Please note that customized orders and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order to notify us of your intent to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original Sania Maskatiya tags and packaging intact for a successful inspection.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original box and ship them back to our flagship studio using a trackable courier service.

• 4.
  Processing & Credit

  Once received and verified, we will issue a store credit or process your exchange within 7 to 10 business days.
